Telling the story of your family is important. Let's showcase this stage your family is in. Are the little ones just starting to crawl or heading off to college? The years fly by so quickly. Let's capture your personalities, cuddles, tickles and yes, even some poses to remember this stage. We would be honored to tell your family story through our lens. Commonly, the last time you had professional photos was either your wedding or your senior portraits. Each moment with family deserves to be documented as well.

We offer a photo experience that is sure to help even the squirmiest of littles to sneak a smile in. We would be thrilled to photograph your family in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

When you set up a call or in-person meeting, we will design your session based on your vision and who your family is.

PLAN YOUR SESSION

When you schedule your session, we will start the planning process. We will get to know your family. We want to know what your interests are, your style and what vibe you want for your session. You will receive a complimentary wardrobe consultation to help plan your outfits based on the location(s) we select. Your session is about you!

SESSION DAY

Your session will begin at the location of your choice. Many families choose to have their session at our studio in downtown Stillwater, but you can select from any Twin Cities location. During your session, our goal is to help your family feel comfortable in front of the camera. If you opt for the studio, we will play your favorite music to help up the vibe!

REVEAL PARTY

A few weeks after your session, you will have an image reveal party at our studio. You will select your favorite images and we will order your prints, canvases, album and any other professional products you would like. You will receive a personalized mobile app and social media reel of all the individually purchased images!

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE ANGELA DOHERTY PHOTOGRAPHY?: Angela Doherty Photography focuses on you as a family. We take our time getting to know you to help to your story best. We work one-on-one to plan your family images so you will have heirloom art you can pass down from generation to generation.

From the time you schedule your consult, your mind will be at ease as we talk about the details of your session. We offer complimentary wardrobe assistance. Need to know if your outfits work well together? As an Angela Doherty Photography family, you are welcome to set up a Zoom call or text your selections so we can assist.

We are fully insured and have backup equipment we bring with to each session. Your images are protected, backed up and stored securely.

Once your images are edited, we will set up a reveal party where you can select your favorite images!
WHEN SHOULD I SELECT A PHOTOGRAPHER?: The best time to book a photographer is 2-6 weeks before your intended session date. Please note fall season books quickly as those gorgeous MN fall leaves are quick to fall.
HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO INVEST?: Our one hour session fee starts at $375. Some families choose to add on additional time. Please note additional charges may apply for larger groups.

Images are purchased on an al a carte basis. Most families select an album to best tell their family story. Most families invest $1,500+ for their professional products with corresponding digital files.
